References to "we", "us" and "our" mean LM TRADERS. References to "you" and "your" mean the user of the Website and/or the purchaser of products from the Website.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order with us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Products and pricing

All product descriptions, photographs and stock status displayed on the Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify product specifications or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges, is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

We do not engage in misleading discount practices. The "original price" displayed on a product reflects the manufacturer's recommended retail price.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface), processed through our gateway partner MMADPay.
• Cash on Delivery, subject to a non-refundable convenience fee of ₹49 per order.

UPI payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems.

7. Shipping & delivery

Shipping charges, timelines and serviceability are governed by our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

8. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Website to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website or its underlying systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers or bots to extract data from the Website without our written permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the LMMAART name and the tagline "Men's & Boys' Clothing" — is the property of LM TRADERS or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written consent.

11. User-generated content

If you submit a review, comment or any other content to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce such content in connection with the Website and our marketing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from the Website is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet failures, pandemics, or actions of government authorities.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
