Sizing & fit
Directly from that product’s own description — the sizes and measurements the maker listed for that specific piece. We do not paste a generic chart onto everything, which is why one page may show S to XXL and another shows 2-3Y to 13-14Y.
By age. Ages are a guide rather than a rule — children of the same age vary a great deal. If your child is between two sizes, take the larger one; a season of extra wear is worth more than a perfect first-week fit.
For tops and knitwear, size up if you like a relaxed shoulder, stay put if you prefer it close. For trousers, go by the waist measurement in the product details rather than the size you usually buy elsewhere.
Yes. Send us the product name from the contact page and we will measure the actual garment.
Orders & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is typically 5–9 business days anywhere in India. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum, and it is already included in the price you see.
Yes — use the track order page with your order reference, or open it from your account if you have one.
No. Guest checkout works exactly the same. An account only exists so you can see past orders and save addresses.
Payment
UPI — through any app including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM — and Cash on Delivery.
Yes. Every price includes GST and delivery. No line item appears at the final step that was not on the product page.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
Returns & refunds
Seven days from delivery, on unworn pieces with tags intact. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
Seven to ten business days from the point we receive the return, back to the original payment method.
